Position Description

The Student Testing Assistant plays a key role in supporting exam administration and operations within the UAF Student Success Center's Testing Services. This full-time, 10-month position ensures the secure and professional delivery of course quizzes, exams, and remote proctoring services for UAF students and faculty. The position also provides occasional administrative support for front desk operations and contributes to the smooth coordination of services across the Student Success Center. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining exam integrity and confidentiality. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, provide courteous and professional service, and adapt to evolving testing technologies is essential. Experience in higher education, customer service, or testing environments, as well as familiarity with online registration platforms, will help the candidate excel in this role. One year college coursework in a related field and one year relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
