UAS - Arts & Sciences Adjunct Pool 2026-2027 The University of Alaska Southeast, School of Arts & Sciences is accepting applications for adjunct faculty members for the upcoming academic year 2026-2027. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Public speaking skills. Customer service skills. Providing high-quality instruction through suitable academic preparation. Familiar with computers and other technologies for instruction, such as Blackboard. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Key Requirements & Qualifications
- A successful candidate will encompass the following skills and abilities:
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in a field related to the position, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. 2 years of relevant experience in the field or courses to be taught.
- This is a part-time, adjunct faculty position. Minimum salaries are set by the United Academic - Adjunct, AAUP-AT/AFL-CIO collective bargaining agreement. Salaries may vary based upon education and experience.
