Utilities Front Office Assistant The University of Alaska Fairbanks Facilities Services Utilities Department is seeking an organized and dependable administrative professional to support operations at the UAF power plant. This position serves as a key administrative resource for the Utilities team, providing support in records management, regulatory documentation, purchasing, timekeeping, and daily office operations. High School graduation and three years office/administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. An unrestricted Alaska driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving criteria is required.
