Position Description

Building Maintenance Supervisor - Worley Base - PRU016G This is a remote/ rotational position, working two weeks on and two weeks off or three weeks on and three weeks off, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Manages industrial shops, water/wastewater treatment plant and man camp building maintenance in Deadhorse, AK Responsible for the safety, scheduling, direction, coordination and supervision of craft personnel and equipment resources to accomplish maintenance work in a safe, environmentally responsible, and productive manner. This position involves supervision of one or more trade groups in a particular discipline. The position is located on the North Slope and requires a rotational work schedule (three weeks on, three weeks off). Relocation assistance to Alaska is not provided; however, transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Room and meals are provided while in Prudhoe Bay. Primary point of contact for all facilities located in Deadhorse, Alaska for building maintenance, systems, and repairs.

  • Maintains direct regular contact with client representatives to determine their work requirements and can positions the workforce to respond.
  • Must possess strong supervisory, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Functional proficiency with MS Office applications and ability to utilize various databases in support of building maintenance work.
  • Ability to prioritize maintenance work and effectively manage conflicts and assignments under time constraints and changing priorities.
