Position Description
Emergency Vehicle Tech. / Heavy Equipment Mechanic (On-Lease Shops - Rotational Schedule) - PRU0155 This is a remote/ rotational position, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and the repairing of Emergency Vehicles (fire trucks, ambulances, etc.), as well as other heavy and light equipment, in and out of the shops. Analyze, diagnose, repair, rebuild and provide maintenance of heavy-duty equipment and emergency vehicles such as fire trucks, ambulances and other emergency response equipment. Dismantles, repairs, and reassembles equipment using hoists, hand tools and pneumatic and electric tools.

- Knowledge of and experience in lubrication procedures for all types of heavy equipment common to heavy construction and oilfield service industries.
- Ability to maintain equipment maintenance records.
- Ability to give and receive oral safety warnings, instructions, and task assignments.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
