Position Description
Santos Program - Wells Intervention Technician – Level 2 to 4 - (Rotational Schedule) PRU0157 Working under the direct supervision of the Santos Completions and Well Testing site supervisor, the Wells Intervention Technician Level performs day-to-day maintenance, greasing frac trees, replacing valves, servicing wellheads, manual labor and testing on equipment and facilities for the Santos Pikka site development project. This position is located on the North Slope and requires a rotational work schedule. Relocation assistance to Alaska is not provided; however, transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Room and meals are provided while in Prudhoe Bay. - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience with wellhead components, bolt-up procedures, flanges, threaded pipe and fittings, and proper safe use of tools.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and follow work directions.
- Ability to climb scaffold, ramps, stairs, equipment, portable ladders, and/or wellhouse/tank/facility fixed ladders of 20 feet or greater.
