Position Description
Structural Welder/ Fitter (Construction) ANC009V The position is based in Anchorage at the Worley Fabrication Facility, on a 5 day a week work schedule. Schedule subject to change pending the project(s) needs. No relocation or per-diem is provided. Our Structural Welder/Fitters perform welding of metal components for fabrication or repair, plant equipment and structures according to layout, blueprints or work orders using a variety of arc and gas welding equipment.
Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience using oxy/acetylene torch.
- Ability to properly use and care for the tools and equipment and welding electrodes commonly used on industrial projects, as well as operation of all hand and power tools associated with welding processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering prints.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform assigned tasks with limited general technical guidance.
