Position Description
Wells Interventions Roustabout (Rotational Schedule) - PRU013E This is a remote/ rotational position, working two weeks on and two weeks off or three weeks on and three weeks off, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Working under the supervision of the Wells Intervention Lead, the Wells Intervention Roustabout performs day to day manual labor and maintenance on equipment and facilities for the Wells Intervention Team. Attend various technical, developmental and safety training. Demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures.

- Demonstrated experience with wellhead components, bolt-up procedures, flanges, threaded pipe and fittings, and proper safe use of tools.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and follow work directions.
- Ability to climb scaffold, ramps, stairs, equipment, portable ladders, and/or wellhouse/tank/facility fixed ladders of 20 feet or greater.
- Ability to wear and utilize fall protection within manufacturer specifications.
